This is very pleasant. Anxiety is something I suffer with constantly and after drinking this my nerves feel untangled and my mind is happy and clear. Thank you for this.
The smell reminds me of baked bread as well 😀
I bring 3 1/2 cups of water to a boil and then add 3 grams of this root and let it boil for 15 minutes, strain, and enjoy(:

Amazing quality. PErsonally prefer the quality of eternityinabox over powdercity for herbals. Powdercity are excellent for isolated compounds (agmatine, phenibut, racetams etc) but when it comes to herbs eternityinabox.com is the absolute best out there. very cheap prices too!

this is obviously not eternity’s fault, but add honey when consuming ashwagandha! After all its name literally translates too “smell of a horse”. it is an acquired taste!
