This Ginseng is amazingly potent! Large root pieces prepared from 2 year old Ginseng plants grown with Certified Organic methods in China 🙂

Red Ginseng is considered to be stronger than other varieties, and also more stimulating.

We recommend starting with small doses of our Ginseng to see how strongly you are affected. Often reading suggests working with 3g per day, but our team members felt fairly overstimulated using this dosage. 1g is probably a better staring point to gauge how your biochemistry reacts to the Ginseng experience 🙂
