Aside from being beautifully fragrant and quite tasty in teas, Spearmint is a great medicinal with a wide range of uses, both stimulating and relaxing, much like our awesome favorite Peppermint! Oils and extracts have been found to be the most stimulating uses, and teas are considered to be the more relaxing. Our Spearmint is very Fragrant, and is quickly becoming a new favorite in tea herbs among the eternity crew!
