Calea Zacatechichi, also botanically known as Calea Ternifolia, is a renowned Oneirogen, meaning it is an herb which stimulates vivid dreaming and lucid dreaming abilities.

Last shipment I received a little sample of the calea. This is one of the herbs I hope to meditate with more in the future as being in its presence sometimes seems to shift my mind and then I always sleep good next to it.

I’m new to this herb. I’ve been using it for 3 days now and loving it.I use it to make tea before bed. The taste is nothing to brag about. Expect a very bitter taste that definitely needs to be sweetened differently to each person’s taste buds. I’ve found honey and lemon helps a little. The relaxation it gives me is awesome! The dreams, starting from day 1, have been nothing less than extraordinary! Feels like a whole other life and I remember all of it. I will be buying this herb from Eternity In A Box for as long as they carry it!
